Don Hannula

I retired in 1997 after 25yrs with the State Police. Worked out of Bay City, Rockford, Detroit and retired out of Calumet. Have not worked a day since. Very lucky! My wife, Debbie worked 37.5 yrs for U.P. Power Co. and retired in 2007. Now we both travel and enjoy life. I have been travelling the U.S. playing cribbage tournaments. During the summer we boat and fish Lake Superior spending a lot of time at Isle Royale Natl. Park. We live a simple life and enjoy our friends and count our blessings. Hope you do too.

I did not graduate from Wayland as my family moved to Kentwood at the beginning of my junior year. I have always had fond memories of the four years that I did attend Wayland Public Schools. I still remember a few of you characters!

As luck would have it I will be Grand Rapids on the same weekend as the reunion. I am going to try and make some of the events.
